A Quiet Obsession With Honey, Done Properly
Naturallivingltd™ began with a simple frustration: that most honey on supermarket shelves is heated, blended, and stripped of everything that made it remarkable in the first place. We set out to do the opposite — to work with a small circle of beekeepers across Britain who still harvest by hand, at the pace the bees decide, not the market.
Every jar we bottle is cold-extracted below 35°C, never blended between harvests, and traceable to a single apiary and a single bloom. What you taste is not "honey" in the generic sense — it is Highland heather in August, Kentish orchard blossom in May, or wild Cornish gorse carried on a coastal wind.
It is a small, deliberate way of eating — and we think it deserves the same reverence as fine wine, single-estate olive oil, or aged whisky.
